Lost Property
If you have lost an item while travelling on The Island's Buses, please read the following guidelines:
1. Reporting Lost Items
- Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
- Provide a clear description of the lost item, the route or service used, date, and time of travel.

3. Storage and Collection
- Lost property items are held at our depot or office for a limited period.
- You may be asked to provide identification when collecting items.
- We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed items after 30 days.
4. Prohibited Items
We cannot accept responsibility for prohibited, perishable, or hazardous items.
5. Responsibility
The Island's Buses makes every effort to return lost property but cannot guarantee recovery of all items.
6. Special Requests
If you require your lost item to be posted or returned by courier, please contact us to discuss arrangements. Postage or courier charges may apply.
